Howdy All,
This one was interesting to me as a Bob Mager fan. If anyone wants to know
what is missing all you must do is look at the Mager Six-Pack. Focus on the
performance of the task in 'training', training means, can they do
it-evaluation-can I see them performing the task at expected speed, accuracy
etc. Many of the other questions are valid from a continous improvement,
reengineering, problem solving aspect but would have been discovered much
earlier if the proper training design and delivery approach was used.
