Good point but bear in mind that the results of a training session,
although a good indicator of subsequent performance, is not a guarantee.
Later comes (in rough order of occurance):
marital problems,
low blood sugar,
twitterpatedness,
supervisor or manager malfeasance
dread,
apathy,
effects of drugs
the other 22 personalities
and a whole host of other things that make the current person different
from the one who was in training --- or who was on the job yesterday.
