I'm working in an improvement plan for an autoparts plant.
For the diagnosis step, I wish to use the 7S framework
I would appreciate any help to get more information about this 7s model
( skill, strategies, structure etc) and if is possible to get questionnaires
for evaluating each "S" in a company.
