Dear Colleagues,
Could any of you spare a moment to suggest suitable materials on video to
support a short series of workplace seminars for a factory management team.
They are mostly people in their late 20s to late 30s with little formal
education beyond secondary (senior high) school.
The seminars are under the title Personal Management, comprising effective
time
management, assertiveness and self esteem, self discipline, setting and
achieving priorities, coping with stress and personal change, together with
public presentations, verbal/non-verbal communications and organisational
culture.
Yes, I know it's a big 'grab bag' and I didn't set it, but I have to deliver
it
for someone else, so any suggestions would be most gratefully received.
