Continuing with the metaphor of the elevator, sometimes an individual walks into
an elevator and is caught inside forever facing the back wall, waiting for it to
open, complaining to everyone in the elevator that they want out and the door
    does not work.

Yes, each member of the list knows the individual does not know how to get out.
They also know it is because the individual did not pay close attention to the
messages sent at the time they got in. Furthermore, I guess everyone minds their
own business and lets the individual discover their mistake.

I believe we genuinely want to learn and help.

After knowing which way is out, the next question to ponder is whether we
actually give the right signal (presses the right button) to get the result we
    want.

    Saludos

Or perhaps it's because, for some people, the elevator never
    reaches the top <grin>.

Well folks, we invested a lot of money and intellectual capital in solving
this problem with GWIN Pro's Lookout! service. We do not currently have a
discussion forum on business process, but we are always open to working with
    any professional organization or community.

You can go here to see how it works. The software requires registration and
a login and password for security, but from then on it only requires a click
    to manage your subscriptions.

Since you wrote this in response to my comment about people's
elevators stopping short of the top, I'm assuming that the problem
you are talking about is that.

MAAAN...are you gonna be a rich man. If you can ensure that
everyone's elevators are reaching the top floor with some sort of
    software, you got something.

Or perhaps you have an elevator problem yourself? <grin>

Does anyone wish to discuss anything other than elevators (lifts to me),
how to use the e-mail and whether or not systems are required to have a
purpose. Is anyone else interested in mangement education and
    development?
