I think that Conna points out a major consideration that is badly needed
(but usually is missing) in many discussions in management and
organizational development.
The consideration is that there is a vast difference in the nature and
needs of organizations, and this difference depends a great deal on
their size, life cycles and the services/products.
Traditional management and organization development literature (and
training) is dominated by focus on large, for-profit corporations.
