I'll take that proposal! Sylvie and others interested in this subject:

There will be a workshop on the methods used to teach Creatviity and
Innovation at the ASAC-IFSAM conference in Montreal in July (world-wide
gathering of Management scholars, Canadian hosts, overlapping with the
fantastic Montreal Jazz Festival...) The primary organizer is Rolland
LeBrasseur who can be reached at: <rlebrass@NICKEL.LAURENTIAN.CA>.

We have also talked about organizing somthing alonmg the same lines for
Academy 2000 in Toronto, as a joint session between MED, ENT, and TIM
Divisions (Management Education, Entrepreneurship, and Technology and
Innovation Management, for those members of this List (most I suspect) who
have better things to do with their cranial processing capacity than
clutter them with scholars acronyms!!). I suggest we push something along
the lines of kinowledge accumulation -- i.e., what do we really know about
the effectiveness of the various techniques? Can I interest you in helping
    put that session together?

This is a thread, and a couple of symposium, that have been pregnant for a
long time! Let's get at it!

    Tom Bryant.
    (MED Liaison to ENT, etc.)

Speaking of, I am working up a short training course on "encouraging
creativity and innovation", i.e., not just "creativity stuff", but how it
can be cultivated in the workplace.

    I could use suggestions!
