  • 1.  EPSS link to performance improvement

As a new member of the listserv, please forgive me if this topic has
already been discussed to death! I am researching the use of Electronic
Performance Support Systems and performance changes attributed to the
EPSS. I am interested in changes observed at the organizational,
process, and job/performer levels. Could someone direct me to research
reports or to organizations who have evaluated their EPSS in terms of
    performance improvement? Thank you.
