I am interested in knowing the latest trends in stategic planning in
higher edeucation institutions across the world and hope it will give me
some insights into trends in Portugal.
I am developing a research project and would like to know more about:
1- Resources indicators regarding the process of strategic planning in
higher education institutions;
2- Performance of higher education institutions and particularly about
key performance indicators of that performance;
3- Surveys and questionnaires used in this field.
