    The AMERICAN SOCIETY OF BUSINESS AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES (ASBBS),
    AUDENCIA.NANTES SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, France (www.audencia.com) and the
    CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, Northern State University
    (CEIB, NSU) will jointly sponsor

    the 6th Annual International Conference of ASBBS in the beautiful city of
    Nantes, France about two hours by train from Paris.

    The conference will feature a thematic session on VALUE IN BUSI NESS
    PRACTICES.

    Nantes, one of France's regional capitals, is a major seaport near the mouth
    of the Loire in Northwest France.

    Conference activities will include a General Session combined with a cruise
    on Loire River. Visit http://www.nantes-tourisme.com for information on
    Nantes in English language.

    Papers and abstracts of papers are invited in all areas of business and
    behavioral sciences. A limited number of slots are available for session
    chairs only without any paper. The deadline for submission of proposals is
    March 30, 2003.

    Accommodation will be arranged in local hotels for approximately $60.00 per
    night. The conference registration fee will be $350.00 payable in U.S
    dollars only. Other details will be available upon acceptance of your
    paper/abstract or request for session chairship.

    To submit a proposal, send a paper or an abstract of a paper with at least
    500 words to any of the following.
