U.S., is looking for a Management Development Consultant in our
Richmond, VA location. The Management Development Consultant position
supports the development of managers in a particular functional or
operational area by collaborating with the Competency Planning and
Development department to deliver management development programs and
services. Responsibilities include assessing management development
needs and formulating development plans, delivering corporate
management development programs and services, developing or
customizing programs that are consistent with the company's overall
strategy, evaluating the effectiveness of training and other programs,
and acting as a one-on-one coaching resource to managers. The MD
Consultant will also participate in the development and delivery of
team-based interventions and facilitate and support the performance
and talent management process management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, consulting,
facilitating, and executive coaching skills. Experience with
curriculum design and development and management development needs
assessments is required. Exposure to the design and delivery of team
based interventions is preferred. Ability to work in an unstructured,
fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment a must. 3-5 years
management development or organizational development experience
required. Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Training, or
other related field is preferred.
