    Stanford economist Paul Romer will present the keynote address at The
    Delphi Group Canada's International Knowledge Management Summit, IKMS 99 at
    the O.I.S.E main auditorium, University of Toronto. Nov 23 at 1pm.

    IKMS 99 runs from Nov 22-24 in Toronto Canada

    Other keynotes include David Snowden from IBM, Peter Rakoczy from
    Microsoft, Thorton May from Cambridge Partners, Carl Frappalo from Delphi
    Group and Louis de Merode who worked with the World Bank and Nick Bontis
    from MacMaster University.

    IKMS 99 features three tracks(KM leadership, Innovation and transformation;
    Best Practices and Case Studies and Advanced Methods Tools and
