HI Fellow educators,
I spent the weekend cataloguing Journal of Organizational Change Management
-JOCM articles that are available FREE at
proceed to
http://cbae.nmsu.edu/~dboje/jocm.html
Some universities have JOCM on line access and can print and copy for free.
If you do not, then, find whatever articles you like on my web page and at
NO CHARGE I will mail you a copy. Given the price of the journal is
approaching that of a Honda, I hope you will find the on line articles or
mailed articles useful in your research.
JOCM has established a number of unique themes that have shaped its
identity. They range from postmodernism, critical theory, spirituality,
large system change, storytelling, gender, diversity, voice, international
change, environmental entreprenurship, and critiques of such hallowed
institutions as AACSB, TQM and excellence. Several of the frequent
contributors to this list have their articles listed. You will also find pro
and anti-TQM, and pro and anti-globalizaton themes. To allow these
critiques, debates, and emergent organizational change philosophies to
continue, we invite you to search our databases or, contact us at
jocm@nmsu.edu and we will send articles to you free. Thank you.
