A few thoughts (top of the mind stuff):

    What is quality?
    The importance of operational definitions
    Deming and his work
Why ranking people and quality development are incompatible
    Deming and his work
    Brainstorming
    Pareto charts
    Fishbone diagrams
    Process mapping
    Deming and more Deming ....
