    To the MG-ED-DV group:

We can set up all the wonderful systems in the world, and we have. We
can design beautiful organizations, and we have. Unless we include ALL
the people who have parts in these organizations, we will continue to
have dysfunctional systems. The dysfunction comes built-in because of
lack of involvement, which frequently just takes too much time. We can
either take the time first, or later, when the dysfunction occurs.
