It's been said many times before, but PLEASE consider others when you
respond to specific individuals with items that concern that individual
only:
Please do NOT return such requests to the entire list. Instead, send them
to the individual only. I'm sure that this book will be of great
interest, but the rest of us do NOT need to know that you have requested
that someone send you something.
For some responses, it's a close call, but we don't need to know that ten
or fifty people have requested that something be sent to them.
