    Fred,

    Thanks for sharing your rules of thumb re: postings to the internet. I'd
    like to have your permission to adapt them for use in my classroom when I
    teach the communications section of my organizational behavior class. This
    is one area where the lag time in publishing textbooks has resulted in a
    vacuum and I think those of us who are in contact with thousands of future
    managers have a real opportunity to shape some norms governing civilized
    behavior in cyber society! (P.S. I learned something, too!)
