A client asked me if a paper and pencil inventory exists that could
predict "business creativity". It would be administered to applicants
(either current or future employees/students) for scholarship selection
for educational programs. Any specific ideas would help them. I also
think this is an interesting assessment question and leave it to the
list's collective imagination and thoughtfulness to raise related
    concerns.

You may reply directly to me or,if you have a general concern raised by
the question, reply to the list at large.

YES. Go to http://volusia.com/creative/mag5.htm for the self assessment
    test, and to

    http://volusia.com/creative/2mag6.htm the answers.

In fact, Dr. Young's writings there, as well as his books and videos are
clearly worth getting into. Dr. Young is a psychiatrist with long-standing
    interest and activity in creativity.

I did a very big study on this in the early 1980s. Creative people can be
    defined with testing.
