    Dear All
My first posting so apologies if covering old ground. I am particularly
interested in the application of complexity theory (or chaos theory if
you prefer) to organisations and management. Are such theories valid?
If so, what are the implications, if any, for strategic direction,
environmental understanding, management, organisational behaviour and
    organisational theory?

Any views, suggestions for research directions, literature/web sources,
    etc, would be most welcome.

Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year to all

    Bob
