Ken,
I struggled with reading your message since it had to compete with the
background color and graphics. I haven't seen that before in an e-mail.
That isn't my preference for message formats--but then I also prefer that
the (WVU) Mountaineers would have a good football season and win an bowl
game. (Can you apply TQM principles to what the current football coach is
doing??).
Obviously I don't always get what I prefer. (oh darn!)

Remember TQM??
It's still, IMHO, the most revolutionary thought to occur in management in
our lifetimes. Virtually all that we do today in business has its roots in
TQM. We may have changed the name, but at its core it is still TQM.
I suspect Ecommerce will likewise change the way we all practice business.
