CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: DAVID L. BRADFORD OUTSTANDING EDUCATOR AWARD
Nominating Deadline: September 21, 2009
The OBTS Teaching Society for Management Educators invites nominations for the 2010 David L. Bradford Outstanding Educator Award.
The Bradford Award honors one person or a team with consistently demonstrated achievement in teaching and learning over a lifetime or career. Outstanding educators impact the field of management education as a whole, with innovations and ideas often extending to a wider audience. Nominees should be individuals whose credentials are easily verified and whose work is significant, noteworthy, and public.
Individuals are asked to provide a letter of nomination with a brief statement indicating the reason(s) why the nominated person(s) should be considered. This letter should be sent to Jeanie Forray, Bradford Award Committee Chair, via email (jforray@wnec.edu) by September 21, 2009. Following the close of nominations, the Bradford Award Committee may contact nominated individuals to request supporting materials.
The recipient of the 2010 Award will be notified in early 2010 and invited to be present to receive the award at the 2010 OBTC Teaching Conference in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Albuquerque</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">NM</st1:state></st1:place>.
