Hi,
I have conducted several pilot studies with the help of faculty members in university settings. The results strongly confirmed the hypotheses.
More studies in the academic setting will contribute little toward the ultimate goals – to lay foundations for successful design and conduct of management development programs, in and for private and public organizations.
To enlist audiences for these studies, I am offering a very brief free trial (of two half-hour sessions) to any organization that would first like to have some proof of the benefits it will derive for providing access to a group of managers.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how I can best reach many human resource or operations managers to whom I could make this offer of free training sessions that, by themselves, are likely to bring some small, but significant competence enhancement, especially of leadership skills.
In addition to such suggestions I would be pleased to discuss participation in the studies.
Since I am well advanced in years, and basically retired, the ultimate benefits from the work on the studies will be enjoyed by collaborators.
