    Colleagues,

If you have experience with team teaching, common syllabus, common exams and the use of joint "lectures" I would be interested in hearing from you.

We offer a required course in our Pre-Core (requisite for entering the BSBA Core) called Strategy First BA133.

It is taught in four sections by a team of four instructors in a 75 minutes twice a week format.  On Mondays during the first half of the semester we hold joint "lectures" in a large theatre.  Wednesdays are individual sections of 35 each.  We use a common syllabus that we developed together as a team, and common exams also developed together.

We have some success and some challenges.

What is your experience in this sort of setting please?  Thanks.

    Cheers,

    Chris
