I've published a Working Smarter blog post about organizational sustainability.  It's central point is that "fit" and "fitness" are the keys to sustainability.  "Fit" refers to the fit or alignment of the organization with its environment and "fitness" refers to the quality of its internal processes, especially those that focus on "fit."  If you're interested, you can find it at http://tinyurl.com/ykurebr.

My question for the list regards experts in the area of "fit" or the organization's alignment with its environment.  Who might those be?
