Charles Lindblom of Yale published an often-cited paper titled "The Science of Muddling Through" in 1959.  Twenty years later, he published a companion piece titled "Still Muddling, Not Through Yet."  Both were published in Public Administration.  I have a copy of the 1959 paper; does anyone have a copy of the 1979 paper they can share?
