Abstract:

Times are changing... times have changed! Linked to globalization – characterized by new (real) time and new (digital) territories - this perceptible change concerns the private sphere as well as the public one. It concerns also the social, political, environmental, economic and – of course - management fields. The present track put forward to researchers aims at gathering the studies which allow to identify, describe and analyze the "changes" related to research in management or the very management of organizations. In that respect, the articles submitted can refer to relevant and sustainable new aspects in terms of investigation methods, techniques and tools (netnography, historical/sociological approaches, storytelling and so on). They can also refer to mutations pertaining to the parties concerned and to their relationships to the organization (consumer evolutions, employee evolutions, supply chain evolutions, shareholder evolutions, and so on). Finally, researches focus on evolutions concerning business models, focus on new relationship/power between generations (X Vs Y) or focus on transformations by using writable technologies (web 2.0, cloud computing, ...) are welcome.
