    Hello,

I am looking for volunteers to help me test a model that solves the problem of ineffective organizational learning.

Here's the basic idea: When people take classroom courses, they usually forget 80% of what they've learned, and only know how to apply 50% of what they do remember. This makes organizational learning highly inefficient. To solve this problem, I've developed a new learning model. Although this model can work for almost any type of learning, currently the main focus of this model is to help two types of individuals: (1) MBA students and (2) executive education students, with special focus on leadership development.

I'm looking for people in both the academia and the corporate environment to help me run some tests, in order to prove the model's effectiveness. My preliminary tests in the corporate world showed some excellent results, but the sample size was too small (only eight people) to prove the model's effectiveness.

Please contact me if you are interested. Any help is much appreciated!

    Thanks!
