    For those who may have missed the "Misguided Leadership Training" debate between George Graen and Robert Hogan or the ILA webinar on the same subject, ILA will rebroadcast the webinar Friday, April 16th at 11am central time (12pm eastern time).  George's LMX research program has experienced a breakthrough.  They have developed the data-based technology that enhances our ability to separate the subgroups of gifted high-potential leaders from the cohort of high-potential managers.  Using this technology, they estimate that up to 67% of organization's annual training budget is misguided by subjecting those without high-potential leadership to training that they will not use and they frequently find frustrating.  The recommendation was to train high-potential leaders to improve their leadership and to train high-potential managers to improve their managerial performance.  Please tune in.
