Hello colleagues and please pardon my cross-posting. I'm seeking one or two additional symposium presenters for the upcoming Academy of Management conference. John Deckop of Temple University and I are organizing a presenter symposium around the topic of compensation, motivation and wellbeing. We are targeting three AoM divisions as potential sponsors: Human Resources (HR), Organizational Behavior (OB), and Social Issues in Management (SIM). If you are working on research tied to this theme, please email me at kum4@psu.edu. I would need a 2-4 page synopsis of your paper by end of November in order to prepare the symposium submission.
