    Organizational Psychology Faculty Position

    We are seeking an exceptional scholar whose research and teaching contributes to Positive Organizational Psychology and/or Organizational Development and Change. Candidates with expertise in diversity and/or cross-cultural issues are especially encouraged to apply. The School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (SBOS) at CGU has graduate programs in Positive Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Evaluation and Applied Research Methods. The candidates’ teaching and research should contribute to one or more of these programs. This is tenure-track graduate faculty position, assistant or associate level. The successful candidate will be expected to teach graduate students in our M.A. and Ph.D. programs, and supervise graduate student research. Candidates should have completed the Ph.D., demonstrate a strong record of research publications and extramural funding, and possess outstanding teaching and mentoring skills.
