    Hello-

I am a human resources professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  I am writing to ask you to participate in a 30 minute online survey.  One of my students and I are working together to complete a study which explores the effects of the work environment on business professors' performance and personal well-being.  As part of this study we will be collecting information from ratemyprofessors.com.  If you participate in the survey, we would like you to provide your name so we can link ratings from this site to your survey responses.  We are also asking you to provide information about your research productivity during the past year.  Once we are able to store the ratings, survey responses, and research information in one database, we will destroy any identifying information.  Your survey responses will be confidential, and only aggregate level data will ever be reported from this study.  Your identity will not be revealed by the researchers to anyone at anytime!  You can access the survey by using the link below.  We hope that you will participate!  Please remember that participation is completely voluntary.  You can discontinue your participation at any time.  If you have any questions about the study, please feel free to contact me.  My contact information is included in my email signature.  Thank you in advance for your time and effort.  We truly appreciate your help!
