Some of you may not be aware, but Leadership Quarterly's new Editoral Board headed by Leanne Atwater, University of Houston, has decided to "eliminate the theoretical and practitioner letters" section of LQ. Apparently, the Board wants the Journal to move away from any feedback regarding fundamental issues about theoretical and practitioner concerns. This is happening when both AOM and SIOP are aggressively moving toward greater research usefulness to practitioners. If you disagree with the elimination of the theoretical and practitioner letters section please let Leanne Atwater know at leatwater@uh.edu.
