    Dear Colleagues,

I am an instructor in Turkish Army Academy and work in Leadership Research and Development Centre as a statistical analyst.
We are now studying on leadership education programme development and I have some hesitations about our method. We construct a gap analysis model and want to compare firstly the perceptions and education system. Then, we want to orientate the leadership education with strategic considerations. But I am worried about that, perceptions will not be the measurement scale for this issue. And, I am searching the ways that how foreign universities implement leadership education programmes for higher education students formally or informally. If you have information about this, could you inform me? Thanks for your concern...Also, nice to meet you by the way...

    Sincerely yours...

    Serhat,
In addition to inquiring of universities you might want to contact some of the management development centers operated by major corporations. These corporations offer leadership education because academic programs produce insufficient results. You might want to start with the General Electric Management Development Institute, Crotonville, NY.

    Good luck,
    Jack Ring
