    Colleagues,

I've been asked to develop a core graduate course in Management (with a commercial real estate perspective) for students who do not have an undergraduate degree in business but are practitioners in the commercial real estate investment and management business.

General course themes include: Organizational behavior, decision making, leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, business communications, team management, change management, relationship management, professional development, project management and strategic planning.

Would appreciate any suggestions with regards to texts, cases, exercises, etc., and syllabi.

Many thanks in advance for your cooperation.

    With every kind regard,

    Ramon,

I've developed innovation toolkits over 24 years,
over 70 applications, and 40 corporate and government clients.

I developed Decision Making During Innovation
as part of the toolkit when I launch my licensing process.

I will also finish and market this as a small ebook.

I need reviews. Comments to improve the book,
and comments that can be used on the inside cover.

In exchange for your comments, you may use my book for your course.

All MC-ED are encouraged to comment.

    Best to all,

    Gary

    Hi:

I am preparing a new leadership class for the MBA program here at Florida Atlantic University.  I would appreciate anyone sharing their syllabi and textbook suggestions.  I am currently researching using the vLeader simulation from simulearn.  I have experimented with it at the undergraduate level with some success.

    Thanks,

    Ethlyn
