Stefan, and all who contributed - thanks for this, the whole thread has been very helpful. There is a separate slight crossover list of international development management people, called development-management which is quite quiet, but comes to life now and then. If it is ok with Stefan I will post his .pdf, and seek further contributions there ? But also, if any one wants to join it see
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=DEVELOPMENT-MANAGEMENT or contact me if it is difficult.
It would be good if some of the authors of some of the pieces in Stefan's list wanted to promote their publications there too ?

Thanks to everyone who responded to my request concerning useful resources for a course on doing business in Africa and managing organizations/people in Africa. I've attached a PDF document that has the summary.
Thanks again!

Dear colleagues
I have been asked to create a master's level course on doing business in Africa and managing organizations/people in Africa. I am having trouble finding a useful textbook and would greatly appreciate if you could share the textbook and/or course syllabus you are using. I would also be grateful for any suggestions about stimulating experiential activities, cases and videos.
Many thanks in advance,
Stefan
