    Dear Colleagues,

I have observed the definition of leader from the academicians in forums. And I asked myself this question: "Is there any target for a leader to be a social innovator?" We know that every leader has followers and leaders make changes or sometimes challenging activities for some purposes. So, leaders make life easier or increase the quality of life of followers in some aspects. If this is true and leaders provide some perceptions to followers as safety, welfare i.e. How can we educate leaders to be altruist leaders? And how can we educate leaders as a social innovators? If there is any source on this subject could you share with me?

    Thanks for your comments...
