Happy 40th anniversary to LMX Research in 2012! We've come a long way baby!
I wish to thank each of you "authentically" (joke) for your many contributions to the understanding of the pervasive nature of hierarchical leadership (good to great). It's been 40 wonderful years of discovery and we've found that true LMX leadership has been severely neglected by baby boomers compared to the greatest generation. I hope that we can reintroduce the LMX protocol for the millenniums, because they are turning-off in droves already to the baby boomers "great man" theory of telling them anything to get them engaged and committing to nothing (fooled you).
If you plan on attending SIOP in San Diego, AOM in Boston, SAM in limerick or SOB in TBA, I would like to thank you personally for your great work on LMX. Thank you very much.Cheers,Georgejag
