Dear Wei,
I invite you to review Level Three Leadership 5th edition. Here are some links to it if you wish to browse a little. There is an integrative model and sections on leading self, leading others, leading teams, organizational architecture, ethics, global leadership, human behavior (how can you lead if you don't understand why people do what they do?), etc. I'm happy to correspond if you have any questions. The link below in my signature also has some links there. I've used this in my MBA and executive education classes now for many years and it works very well. I have syllabi as well if you wish. Some are posted on my webpage below.

Subject: leadership book for MBA class
Hello all,
I've been using Northouse's leadership book for an MBA class on leadership. I'm thinking of finding an alternative textbook that is more practice oriented. Could anyone suggest a potential textbook that you have used and is more practice oriented (but not purely practice)?
