    The theory-related needs of HRD Professionals

    Richard J. Torraco has contributed a lot to HRD discipline. His paper "Challenges and Choices for Theoretical Research in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Development Quarterly, 15(2), 171-188" has recommended future research on the "theory-related needs of HRD Professional.

    I am a student of HRD and want to address this recommended area of research.

    I am confident and know that members of this list enjoy expertise and familiarity with this topic, I am asking for suggestion and guidance in the subject field.
