As you might know, there's lots of information available about the processes that happen in Action Learning meetings, but not nearly as much about actually running overall Action Learning programs.
The series includes 20 YouTubes, first about the "core" Action Learning process, and then with guidelines about systematically planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and troubleshooting Action Learning programs.
