    Conference Theme: Frontiers in Employment Practices and Principles:
    Emerging Trends, Issues, and Challenges

    This is a preliminary notification of an upcoming conference. Papers related to the conference theme are welcome from all business disciplines. Theme-related topics include employee engagement, social media, immigration reform, health care, managing demographics, managing work-life balance, etc. Proposals for panels or symposia are also encouraged. Please email all papers and proposals as MS Word documents (APA Format) to BOTH (1) AEPP Admin at aepp@institute-leadership-global.org AND (2) Conference President and Program Chair Dr. William Heisler at wheisler@troy.edu. Enter “AEPP Conference” in the subject heading.

    The deadline for receipt of full papers (no abstracts), as well as proposals for panels and symposia is June 30, 2013, although early submission is encouraged and appreciated. In addition to the conference Proceedings, selected papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal for Responsible Employment Practices and Principles and the Journal of Human Resources Education. Both journals are listed in Cabell’s Directories of Publishing Opportunities.
