    At Salisbury University on May 10th, we are hosting an Employee Ownership Conference. If you are interested in learning how the leaders of companies that practice shared leadership maximize the results they get from their ESOPs or profit sharing plans, you will want to come to this conference. The speakers at the conference will be

     

    Mary Ann Beyster -- President of the Foundation for Enterprise Development. Ms. Beyster creates and manages programs to promote and advance interdisciplinary research on broad-based employee-ownership and works directly with early-stage and expansion companies to help prepare companies for growth and maintain ownership with those who grow their company.

     

    Atul Jain -- Chairman & CEO of TEOCO (The Employee Owned Company) Corporation. TEOCO has been ranked in Inc. Magazine's List of the fastest growing privately held companies on three separate occasions. TEOCO's success has been further validated by a $60M minority investment from the private equity firm, TA Associates, in 2009, and the acquisition in cash of the Israeli major telecom TTI Telecon in 2010.

     

    Terry Neimeyer -- CEO and Chairman of the Board of KCI Technologies. He is listed among the area's top 100 smartest CEOs, according to SmartCEO magazine. In its Smart 100 2009 Book, Neimeyer was recognized for his dedication to the "greening" of America. KCI is ranked 96 on the Engineering News-Record's list of the top 500 engineering firms in the country.

     

    Phil DeDominicis -- Managing Director of Investment Banking for Menke & Associates, Inc. It has structured over 2,500 ESOPs. Menke can provide all the services needed to design and install an ESOP, including Structuring, Legal & Tax Compliance, Valuation, Documentation, Debt Capital Raising (if required), Employee Communication, and Administration.

     

    Virginia J. Vanderslice, Ph.D. -- a founding partner and the president of Praxis Consulting Group. Praxis focuses on aligning leadership, culture and strategy to enhance organizational performance to increase share value for employee owners.
