Dear colleagues,
If you are planning on going to this years SIOP conference and have
research (empirical or theoretical) or practical experience in the field of
business coaching (specifically, executive coaching), please read on!
Under the direction of Dr. Eduardo Salas and along with several other
colleagues at the University of Central Florida, I am conducting a
multiphasic study of executive coaching practices and effectiveness. We
would like to present some of our preliminary findings at the upcoming SIOP
conference, and would like to do so in conjunction with other forthcoming
coaching research.
