    The Department of Business Administration at Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota invites applications for the following probationary/tenure-track appointments starting August 15, 2015:

     

    Assistant/Associate Professor of Human Resources:  This position includes teaching courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and/or general management courses as well as conducting research, serving on department and college committees, and advising students.  Minimum qualifications for this position are a Ph.D. or DBA in Human Resource Management or related field from an AACSB-International accredited school, demonstrated excellence in teaching and commitment to scholarship (publication in discipline-based peer reviewed journals) and service commensurate with AACSB International accreditation.

     

    Assistant/Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management:  This position includes teaching courses in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management and general management as well as conducting research, serving on department and college committees, and advising students.  Minimum qualifications for this position are a Ph.D. or DBA in Entrepreneurship or related field from an AACSB-International accredited school, demonstrated excellence in teaching and commitment to scholarship (publication in discipline-based peer reviewed journals) and service commensurate with AACSB International accreditation.
