    Hi Colleagues,

Do you realize that we have helped grow something wonderful?  As educators, we have supported the growth of a generation of idealists (PwC, 2013).  Price waterhouse Cooper became aware of a recent painful chronic loss of money.  Young professionals were resigning soon after their employment.  PwC executives searched for the new problem(s).  They were concerned that they would be unable to find, attract and retain the talent they needed.  Consequently, they began to study the problem(s) with a sequence of investigations of millennials (1980-2000) compared to older employees. (PwC, 2013).  Using big data online surveys carried out by Stanford University and the London School of Business, they found that millennials felt alienated from their careers.  They rejected PwC's definitions of a "career", "work" and "community." (Grace & Graen, 2014).  These results from their employees (over 40,000), is leading PwC to seriously redesign its people system.
