Hello MED Colleagues and Friends,
I hope that you are now planning to attend the Academy of Management Conference from 1 to 5 August in Philadelphia. This year's MED scholarly program and PDW activities will be centred around the Lowes Philadelphia Hotel.
All reviews are now completed for MED scholarly papers and we are working on the process of designing the scholarly program. May I take this opportunity to thank all of you who have submitted papers for the consideration of the conference and to those of you who volunteered to be reviewers. I am sorry that not all papers can be accepted, nor that all volunteers reviewers were matched with papers. We have some great papers for this year's conference so I hope that you will attend MED sessions and have a chance to learn more about current research developments in our field.
Once the programme has been designed AOM will be releasing reviews to the authors. I hope that the reviewers comments will be of some help in the development of your research and thanks especially to those reviewers who offered extensive developmental comments to reviews and most especially to emergency reviewers. The heart of our programme is the relationship between submitters, reviewers and audience. Lets therefore all book our rooms in Lowes Philadelphia Hotel to complete the circle by filling the rooms with active audience participation that support the development of papers and of learning about latest research in our field. Do join us also for the social events.
