    CRAFTING THE CLASS
    A One-Day Conference
    Saturday, March 16, 2002
    La Salle University, Philadelphia, PA

    We invite you to join us at the MOBTC conference to explore these ideas.
    The MOBTC is about teaching and sharing, about informality and
    participation, about friendly and involving interactions, about
    conversation and collegiality, about learning and fun, about improving
    the crafting of your class. There will be many interesting sessions,
    including: To craft or to discover: a roundtable; Competition,
    collaboration and a fish story; Dr. Seuss and Walt Disney as management
    mavens; Crafting a career development class; Making the large OB class
    seem smaller; Using freehand drawing to teach critical thinking skills;
    An exercise in leader-follower trust.

    Registration is $50 and includes continental breakfast, coffee breaks,
    and lunch. It also includes a welcoming reception, Friday 3/15. Please
    fill out the registration form and mail it along with a check payable to
    MOBTC. Directions to La Salle and other conference materials will be
    sent upon receipt of paid registration . If you need to stay, call the
    Holiday Inn City Line Avenue at 215-477-0200 (ask for MOBTC rate at $99
    a night).
