£20,470 - £32,537 (exceptionally to £36,355) pa.
Aston Business School is situated at the heart of the UK's second city
and has an established record of academic excellence (RAE 5), a thriving
research culture and strong demand from well-qualified students for its
range of undergraduate, Masters and post-experience courses (QAA 24 out
of 24).
We currently have several posts available within the Work and
Organisational Psychology (formerly Organisation Studies) Group for
candidates with an interest in social processes, HRM, people management
and organisational effectiveness in the public or private sectors who
have (or who expect shortly to obtain) a relevant PhD, a strong
commitment to publishing in the best international journals and a
commitment to teaching excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate
levels.
These opportunities may well suit psychologists (social, occupational,
clinical or cognitive) who wish to apply their skills within a
organisational and business contexts.
