Subject: POSITION: OD CONSULTANT
Reposted from ODNet
Below is a job announcement for an OD Consultant in my organization
(American Public Human Services Association). I am the OD Manager there
and
am one of a team of 8 folks who consult, teach, and and develop
interventions for state human services agencies. We are an association
whose members are state and local human services agencies, so, though
the
position is an internal one, the work is actually done for outside
agencies
(the best of both consulting worlds....regular paycheck with external
consulting opportunities). Please note that at the current time, the
job is
an 18-month grant funded position. While we often retain such positions
indefinitely, it is not a given.
For those who are interested...I am influential to the hiring decision,
but
not the final decision maker. I currently do this work, so can fill in
gaps
for you, if necessary.
Regards,
Nancy Polend
