Greetings,
We recently decided to streamline our MBA prerequisites and rather than
offering foundation courses in several different areas we would like to move
towards a single course that would provide a basic background in accounting,
finance, statistics and perhaps economics (certainly an aggressive goal).
We have gathered input from various faculty members regarding what they view
as necessary foundational knowledge for each of these areas in the core of
the MBA and planned on using that as a starting point.
However, I was wondering if anyone else has done this or something similar
and if so if you might be willing to share any insights, syllabi, or
recommendations for book(s).
Thanks in advance!
